In response to the humanitarian crisis provoked in Haiti by the serious earthquake on Tuesday, January 12, The United Church of Canada is appealing for donations to support relief and reconstruction efforts. Photos Needed, Please!
Youth Forum 2009 proposed an Environmental Awareness action that was passed. Congregations: reduce your your carbon footprint, plant a tree on your property, create a community garden, grow fruits or vegetables for those in need, sell them to raise money and/or consider green architecture in your church building.
