Birthing (Re-Birthing) our Congregations TOP

Birthing (Re-Birthing) our Congregations is a timely and valuable resource. Developed by Kent Presbytery and the London Conference office this booklet introduces new ways to be Christ's people in this time. God is leading us into a future that we can only dimly grasp. We may be fearful and uncertain about the future but the deeper truth is that we are called to be the church for such a time as this. download the booklet
Social Media Guidelines for Youth Ministry TOP

Facebook. Twitter. WonderCafe. Blogging. Social media is more than a communications tool: it is an amazing, accessible and exciting platform for building and maintaining communities, getting information out, reaching new audiences and connecting with people. Although these may be your new tools the same 'rules of engagement' apply regarding relationships, boundaries and practices that ensure a safe and spiritually nourishing environment. These guidelines provide some information and advice for the paid staff and volunteers in youth ministry work in The United Church of Canada who use social media. download the guidelines
